Utah Jazz forward Gordon Hayward?suffered a fractured fourth finger on his left hand during practice Friday, the team said in a news release.According to The Salt Lake Tribune, Hayward was injured when the finger became caught in a teammates jersey in practice.The Jazz did not disclose a time frame for Haywards recovery or return, but the Tribunes report said he was expected to miss at least six weeks. According to league sources who spoke with ESPN, Hayward was in the process of considering treatment options.Hayward will undergo additional evaluation by the Jazz medical staff and further updates will be provided when appropriate, the teams statement said.Sources earlier told ESPN that Hayward had suffered a dislocated finger and was out indefinitely.Obviously, this is disappointing, a real setback for Gordon, Haywards agent, Mark Bartelstein, told The Tribune.
