LOS ANGELES - The Los Angeles Kings have acquired Dan Carcillo from the Chicago Blackhawks in exchange for a draft pick. The Blackhawks received a conditional pick in 2015. Carcillo had two goals and an assist in 23 regular-season games for Chicago. The 28-year-old left-winger dressed for four playoff games during the Blackhawks Stanley Cup run, picking up one assist. In 333 NHL games, Carcillo has 40 goals, 47 assists and 1,079 penalty minutes. In Los Angeles, Carcillo reunites with former Philadelphia Flyers teammates Mike Richards and Jeff Carter. The freshman from Vaughan, Ont. Tuesdays evening slate of NBA action offers up six games. Which players should you build around and which players should you fade? Our experts have the answers.Todays panel includes ESPN Fantasys Kyle Soppe and Joe Kaiser, plus DFS expert Renee Miller.Players to build aroundRenee Miller -- Hassan Whiteside, Miami HeatThis six-game slate is so bad that San Antonio and Utah feature in two of the highest scoring games of the night. With little in the way of star power on tonights slate, youre going to need the massive upside and solid floor of Whiteside. Miami takes on New York at home in the other reasonably high scoring, close game tonight. The Knicks have allowed the third-most fantasy points on the season to opposing centers, and the most over the last five games. A well-rested Whiteside easily tops tonights DFS plays.Joe Kaiser -- Gordon Hayward, Utah JazzHayward is averaging 28.4 points, 4.6 rebounds, 4.2 assists, 1.6 steals and 2.4 threes per game in his last five contests, and its safe to say this is one of the best hot streaks of his seven-year NBA career. That bodes well for tonight, as the Jazz host the 21st-ranked Suns defense, which is going with 31-year-old P.J. Tucker as its starting small forward while T.J. Warren remains out due to a head injury.Kyle Soppe - Zach Randolph, Memphis GrizzliesGetting a little creative here, but on a night with only six games, you have to find a way to differentiate yourself. There is no shame in targeting the 76ers, and given that Z-Bo hasnt played in 11 days (personal), it stands to reason that he will be the focal point of this offense. Heck...that was pretty much the case prior to his hiatus, as he owns a usage rate that is higher than Steph Curry this season. Randolphs upside is limited a bit, but his customary 23-to-26 minutes should be enough for him to return value and then some against a 76ers team that has yielded considerable production to opposing big men this season. I have nothing against the top big man on the board tonight in Hassan Whiteside, but is his production going to be near twice that of Randolph? Im thinking not and will gladly save some coin at center while I spend up at PG andd SF.ddddddddddddlayers to fadeRenee Miller -- Tony Allen, Shooting Guard, Memphis GrizzliesAfter a huge double overtime win last night in New Orleans, in which Allen played 42 minutes and put up a huge line of 19 points, 14 rebounds and three steals, I expect a letdown. Even against the 76ers, who are playing their fourth game in five nights, I am putting the veteran Allen on the bench. Vegas has this as the lowest scoring game of the night, and while Memphis is heavily favored, I am turning to some of the younger, fresher Grizzlies for value (e.g. Troy Williams).Joe Kaiser -- Eric Bledsoe, Phoenix SunsBledsoe flourished in the up-tempo game against Golden State on Saturday and enters Tuesday on two days of rest, but his salary is now over $8,000 on FanDuel and hes going to have a more difficult time reaching his salary value against the slow-it-down pace of the Jazz. Hell be a popular choice on a short slate thanks to recency bias, but Im opting to go elsewhere at point guard tonight.Kyle Soppe -- Kyle Soppe - Bradley Beal, Washington WizardsListen, Beal is what he is: a strong shooter that doesnt offer a ton else to fantasy owners. Thats a concerning skill set tonight against a Magic defense that has exceled at challenging shooters (third lowest 3P% against this season). Not only do the Magic defend the 3-pointer well, there is no guarantee that Beal knocks down the open looks he does manage. Consider this, in 2014, Beal connected on 36.1-percent of his 3-point attempts on the second night of a back-to-back. That number dropped to 32.3 percent last season and currently sits at an ugly 28.6 percent this season. There is something to be said for a shooter losing his legs, and with Beal playing 36 minutes last night in Brooklyn, Im not playing with fire tonight. Beal is averaging a career-low 6.0 assists-plus-rebounds, so if the jumper isnt falling, the fantasy points arent coming. Id rather pay up for Jimmy Butler or save some capital and go with a confident Troy Daniels or a constantly under-appreciated Rodney Hood. ' ' '
