CHICAGO -- Forward Nathan Horton left Game 1 of the Stanley Cup final with an apparent upper-body injury, leaving the Boston Bruins short in their 4-3 triple overtime loss to the Chicago Blackhawks on Wednesday. Horton appeared to take a stick or puck up high while Boston was on the power play in the first overtime period. In pain, he immediately skated off the ice and went down the tunnel.
