The New Orleans Saints top draft pick, defensive tackle Sheldon Rankins, suffered a broken fibula during Mondays practice at the teams training camp site in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia.The detail of the injury was first reported by the NFL Network and confirmed by ESPN.
