Nick McBride stopped 14 of 18 shots in relief. --- TIGERS 5 BLADES 2 SASKATOON -- Anthony Asts scored a short-handed goal in the first period that proved to be the winner as Medicine Hat toppled the Blades. Dylan Bredo had a goal and an assist for the Tigers (32-19-3) and Markus Eisenschmid, Chad Labelle, and Cole Sanford also scored. The Blades (15-37-4) were 2 for 5 with the man advantage and both MacKenzie Johnston and Cameron Hebig scored power-play goals. Johnston also added an assist.
